We want you to love your Lumora. If you're not completely happy within 30 days of receiving your order, reach out and we'll make it right.
How It Works
Email us at colbygilmore1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what's going on. We'll work with you to sort it out, whether that's a quick fix, a replacement, or a refund. To process a refund, we may ask you to return your item first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Lumora arrives damaged or isn't working properly, email us within 30 days with a quick photo or description and we'll send a free replacement right away.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
